To me it’s unusually quite this year. Even as I waited for the fireworks to fire over Kuala Lumpur, nothing major happened! Compared to last year, that’s downright lame. All the effort setting up my camera came to naught… bluearghh! Oh well, perhaps the New Year festivities will be better. For now, happy 51st Malaysia.
Also, tomorrow (Monday) will be the start of the Ramadhan month, an extremely important and significant month for all Muslims. This holy month will be celebrated in many ways, some through spirituality whilst others requiring more physical efforts. As the preparations get underway, I’m personally looking into doing better than last year (as I always endeavour to do every year).
I’d like to take this opportunity to wish all my Muslim family, friends and of course the readers of this blog a blessed Ramadhan. May this year be better than the last. Hope the preparations for Eid Mubaraq be as great as it can be too!
