Stress Relief At The Gym

I really, really needed that.

The last few weeks have been havoc to my physical and mental condition. Thank goodness for treadmills and weights. You know, rather than watching a movie, hanging out at a cafe people watching or even shopping, being able to thrash it out doing sports is the real stress reliever! Somehow your biological self becomes more relaxed and revived after sweating it out.

Something tells me i’m gonna have more of these ‘sessions’ coming…
